Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SynoGuard AI platform and synoguard.ai website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

SynoGuard AI is a Managed Compliance as a Service (MCaaS) platform operated by Synobis Network Solutions LLC. The platform provides compliance monitoring, risk assessment, document generation, and related services to managed service providers (MSPs) and managed security service providers (MSSPs).

Access to SynoGuard AI is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your subscription agreement. Synobis reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree to use SynoGuard AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform. • Use the service to process data in violation of any applicable privacy law.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the SynoGuard AI platform. By using the service, you grant Synobis a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. Synobis processes client data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Synobis does not sell client data or use it to train shared AI models without explicit consent.

The SynoGuard AI platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is the property of Synobis Network Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription term.

The SynoGuard AI platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Synobis does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. SynoGuard AI is a compliance management tool. It does not constitute legal advice, and compliance posture scores do not guarantee regulatory compliance or protection from enforcement actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synobis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Synobis's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the subscription agreement with notice as specified in the subscription agreement. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Synobis Network Solutions LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
