SynoGuard AI is a product of Synobis Network Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded by practitioners who have spent careers inside managed service provider organizations.
Our Story
The team behind SynoGuard AI spent years running and advising managed service provider organizations. We watched compliance become the fastest-growing source of client friction and technician burnout in the MSP space — and we watched the existing tools fail to solve it.
The GRC platforms built for enterprise security teams were too expensive, too complex, and too disconnected from the RMM and PSA stack that MSPs actually live in. The compliance modules bolted onto existing MSP tools were too shallow to satisfy an auditor or an insurance carrier.
SynoGuard AI was built to close that gap. It is a compliance platform that starts where MSPs already are — in Datto, Kaseya, ConnectWise, NinjaOne, and Autotask — and turns the telemetry those tools already produce into a continuous, audit-ready compliance posture.
